Tom Hogan hails from the windy city of Chicago, where he spent more than half a decade behind the bar at notable establishments such as Bernard’s Bar and North Pond Restaurant. Tom has a keen eye for combining craftsmanship and experimental flair in his bartending. Since moving to Singapore in 2013 as Head Craftsman at Fairmont Singapore’s award winning Anti:Dote bar, he has built a reputation in the Lion City as one of Asia’s most talented bartenders.
